Associate Assembly & Test Technician (AATT) - Pataskala, OH Facility

We're seeking team-oriented Associate Assembly & Test Technicians for the launch of a highly anticipated new product line. 

The AATT position can be structured for either full-time or part-time (min 20 hours/week) to accommodate individuals that may still be in the process of completing their schooling or balancing childcare or family-related issues.  Starting pay is between $15 and $20 per hour depending on experience.  Benefits for a full-time employee include health and dental coverage, paid vacation and holidays, tuition assistance programs, and a defined contribution profit-sharing program.

For those seeking career advancement, this position provides the opportunity to grow into a field technician/engineer working with the entire line of RedHawk Energy products. 


The Associate Assembly & Testing Technician (AATT) job duties would include the physical installation/mounting of electrical components, inter-component wiring, and the testing of the completed assemblies.  Attention to detail and the ability to follow the established manufacturing process is critical.  This position provides an opportunity to work with various advanced technology power products along with different test equipment that includes programmable electronic power supplies and loads, data acquisition units, meters and oscilloscopes.  

Tools for Success

Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and pneumatic tools and wiring practices will be critical.  An understanding of electrical test practices and equipment will be beneficial.  A background or participation in an electrical, technology, or engineering program and an understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts is preferred.  As a member of this new production team, good communication and the ability to see and fill in the gaps and ensure product standards are met will be vital.
